Product Snapshot: Nature’s Own Thin-sliced Bagels are four-inch 100% whole wheat bagels that offer 140-150 calories per serving, contain 33 g. of whole grains and 5 g. of fiber and are a good source of calcium and Vitamins A, D and E. Additionally, each slice contains zero high-fructose corn syrup or artificial preservatives, colors or flavors. They come in 100% Whole Wheat and Plain options.
Ingredients (100% Whole Wheat): Whole wheat flour, water, sugar, wheat gluten. Contains 2% or less of the following: yeast, cultured wheat flour, vinegar, salt, vitamin apalmitate, calcium carbonate, malt barley flour, molasses, yellow corn meal, calcium sulfate, cholecal ciferol (Vitamin D3), soy oil, honey, cultured wheat starch, enzymes, alpha tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E), topped with wheat bran.
