Ocean Spray launched BerryFusions Fruits, a new pomegranate variety developed to add fruit appeal to a variety of bakery, snack and confectionery applications. These dried fruit pieces deliver taste, texture and distinctive points of color without the processing challenges commonly associated with real fruits. In addition, the fruits retain piece identity, eliminate color bleed and are available in various sizes and specifications.
