ASB Rewards Brodsky for Service to Society
Gary Brodsky, former chairman of the American Society of Baking and a 32-year member of the society, received the Robert A. Fischer Distinguished Service Award.
Each year, the award goes to an individual for his/her contributions to the society.
Brodsky, who also serves on the Baking Hall of Fame committee and served as co-master of ceremony during the society’s meeting this week, is senior vice president of operations at East Balt, Inc., in Chicago.
