Otis Spunkmeyer, Inc., San Leandro, Calif., and Fresh Start Bakeries (FSB) are combining FSB’s Pennant Foods and Sweet Life business units with Otis Spunkmeyer, Inc.

Fresh Start Bakeries is a premier supplier of buns, rolls, English muffins and other bakery products to the quick-service restaurant, in-store bakery and foodservice channels.
