Snyder's-Lance, Inc., Charlotte, N.C., introduced a new corporate logo, developed as a visual acknowledgement that the recent merger of equals between Snyder's of Hanover and Lance created a stronger national snack food company-Snyder's-Lance.

The development and implementation of the Snyder's-Lance corporate logo signifies another milestone in the company's integration process. Though there are many other objectives of the corporate logo, a primary purpose is to remind employees, customers, investors and communities that the newly formed Snyder's-Lance is building on the combination of two historic companies with many years of success to their credit. This new logo will help to signify a sense of unity, support, direction and dedication among all entities of Snyder's-Lance.

"Our new corporate logo serves as a visual reminder that our geographically and functionally diverse teams of associates are all part of a unified, powerful organization with strong brands and an enhanced ability to serve our customers," says Dave Singer, chief executive officer of Snyder's-Lance.

All brand logos and products will remain unchanged and are an integral part of the Snyder's-Lance identity.

Products are sold under the Snyder's of Hanover, Lance, Krunchers!, Cape Cod, Jays, Grande, Tom's, Archway, O-Ke-Doke and Stella D'oro brand names along with a number of private label and third-party brands.
