The Institute for Food Safety and Health launched a new website, www.iit.edu/ifsh, to better reflect its restructuring as one of four principal food science research centers operating under the newly formed institute.

The Institute for Food Safety and Health (IFSH), Bedford Park, Ill., formerly the National Center for Food Safety and Technology (NCFST), Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT), launched its new website, www.iit.edu/ifsh.

The virtual makeover of the site, which replaces www.iit.edu/ncfst, reflects the restructuring of NCFST as one of four principal food science research centers operating under the newly formed institute.

“The updated web presence offers IFSH stakeholders in industry, government and academia user-friendly access to a number of resources and information about our world-class food research institute,” says IFSH vice president and director Robert Brackett. “I encourage all stakeholders to bookmark the new URL and visit the site often to take advantage of upcoming additions to the site.”

The IFSH site offers a number of online resources, news and public information about the institute's latest activities, state-of-the-art research capabilities and facilities and staff.
