Dave Green of ADM Milling has been selected as the 2011-2012 chair of the Wheat Foods Council (WFC), a non-profit organization formed to increase awareness of grains, complex carbohydrates and fiber as essential components of a healthful diet.  


Dave Green, director of quality control and laboratory services at ADM Milling Co., Decatur, Ill., is the 2011-2012 chair of the Wheat Foods Council (WFC), Ridgway, Colo.

Other officers are vice chair, Brent Robertson, Nebraska Wheat Board, formerly the WFC's treasurer/secretary and liaison to the Grain Foods Foundation marketing committee in 2010-2011; secretary/treasurer, Erica Olson of the North Dakota Wheat Commission, who began working with the North Dakota Wheat Commission in 2006 and joined the staff as marketing specialist; immediate past chair, David Moore of the Texas Wheat Producers Board. Moore is a native of Dumas, Texas, a commodity broker at Tejas Trading in Amarillo, Texas and a managing partner of Moore Farms.
