IDDBA's Dairy-Deli-Bake 2012 Set for New Orleans

The International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association’s (IDDBA) 48th annual seminar and expo, Dairy-Deli-Bake 2012 will take place June 10-12, 2012 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans.


The International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association, Madison, Wis., will hold its 48th annual seminar and expo, Dairy-Deli-Bake 2012, in New Orleans at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, June 10-12.

The IDDBA show and seminar will be packed with qualified retail buyers and merchandisers and dairy, deli, bakery, cheese and foodservice products, packaging, services and well-known speakers in the business. The event is called the “Show of Shows” because it's the one conference that offers an extensive seminar program with meaningful content for personal and professional growth for pre-qualified retail buyers, merchandisers and executives who are ready and willing to do business, says IDDBA.

The 1,500-booth expo will be filled with an array of products and services for the fresh-food categories as well as world-class merchandising ideas and demonstrations with actionable ideas. More than 8,000 attendees are expected for the three-day event.
