For instance, Double Fiber Bread contains 12 g. of fiber and 36 g. of whole grains for a single two-slice sandwich. Double Protein Hearty Multi-Grain Bread offers 14 g. of protein in a single sandwich. Double Protein Bread provides 20 g. of whole grains per slice. Double Oat Hearty Oatmeal Bread contains oats and 0.4 g. of plant sterols naturally found in vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds and can lower cholesterol by 15%. And Double Omega Multi-Grain & Flax Bread serves up 50 mg. of the MEG-3 Omega-3 ingredient made from fish oil for two slices.
