Product Snapshot: Weight Watchers snack cakes have been reformulated to provide a moister cake and softer icing. According to the Weight Watchers point system, these crème-filled cakes weigh in at less than 100 calories and equal one point value per serving. They are available in Chocolate, Lemon and Carrot varieties.
Ingredients (Chocolate): Sugar, whole eggs, polydextrose, enriched wheat flour bleached (flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, cocoa processed with alkali, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (soybean, cottonseed and/or canola oils), invert sugar, glycerin, canola oil, cream cheese (pasteurized milk and cream, cheese culture, salt, carob bean gum), modified food starch, pea fiber, soybean oil, egg yolk, butter (pasteurized cream, natural flavors), mono and diglycerides, leavening (baking soda, sodium aluminum phosphate, aluminum sulfate, monocalcium phosphate), propylene glycol mono and diesters of fatty acids, calcium carbonate, corn starch, salt, maltodextrin, wheat starch, calcium sulfate, soy lecithin, dextrin, dextrose, sorbic acid, potassium sorbate and propylparaben (as preservatives), xanthan gum, sodium stearoyl lactylate, natural and artificial flavors, citric acid, agar, propylene glycol, Arabic gum, tricalcium phosphate, sorbitan monstearate, polysorbate 60, methylparaben, caramel color, acacia gum, ascorbic acid (as dough conditioner), caprylic triglycerides, milk.
