Product Snapshot: Blue Bird is heating up its product lineup with four novel cake items -- Blue Bird Banana Pudding Cupcakes are golden cupcakes with natural banana-flavored crème, icing and vanilla wafer crumbles. Blue Bird 100-calorie Mini Lemon Cupcakes are golden cupcakes with lemon-flavored crème and icing and are an excellent source of fiber and Vitamin A, D and E. Blue Bird Crème-filled Carrot Cake Bingles are rich, crème-filled carrot cakes and Blue Bird Crème-filled Frosted Bingles are golden cakes filled with crème and drenched in chocolate.
Ingredients (Banana Pudding Cupcake): Sugar, water, enriched unbleached and bleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), soybean oil, palm oil, egg whites, eggs. Contains 2% or less of the following: dextrose, corn syrup, corn starch, modified food starch, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda, monocalcium phosphate), high fructose corn syrup, wheat flour, monoglycerides, salt, calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, titanium dioxide (color), sorbitan monostearate, polysorbate 80, natural and artificial flavor, polysorbate 60, soy lecithin, datem, sodium stearoyl lactylate, agar, vegetable oil, guar gum, colored with extractives of turmeric and annatto seed, sodium hexametaphosphate, cellulose gum, sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, xanthan gum, caramel color, preserved with sorbic acid, potassium sorbate, sodium propionate, topped with vanilla cookie crumbs (wheat flour, sugar, soybean oil, high fructose corn syrup, salt, sodium bicarbonate, artificial and natural flavors).
