Product Snapshot: Kashi’s newest addition to its all-natural frozen pizza family is Caribbean Carnival, a fusion of tropical and fiery flavors and Kashi’s signature Seven Whole Grain and Sesame and Flax Seed crust. Each pizza is layered with a guava jerk sauce, mozzarella cheese, plantains, kale, roasted red onions, tomatoes and diced mangoes. Plus, they provide 9 g. of whole grains, 14 g. of protein, 5 g. of fiber and 300 mg. of Omega-3s in each serving.
Ingredients: Crust (wheat flour, water, crust mix with Kashi Seven Whole Grains & Sesame blend [wheat gluten, whole oat flour, oat fiber, oat syrup solids, barley malt extract, whole triticale flour, long grain whole brown rice flour, whole hard red winter wheat flour, whole rye flour, salt, whole barley flour, whole buckwheat flour, Sesame seeds], yeast, ground flaxseed, extra virgin olive oil), sauce (diced tomatoes [diced tomatoes, tomato juice, salt, calcium chloride, citric acid], onion, tomato paste [tomatoes], guava puree, Caribbean-style pesto [expeller-pressed canola oil, soy sauce {water, wheat, soybeans, salt}, water, onion, garlic, dehydrated apple, jalapeño peppers, dehydrated honey, parsley, spices, gum acacia, xanthan gum], apple cider vinegar, expeller-pressed canola oil), mozzarella cheese (pasteurized part-skim cow’s milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), plantains (ripened plantains, soybean oil), kale, roasted red onion, diced tomatoes (tomato, calcium chloride), diced mangoes.
