Product Snapshot: Adding to a line of already popular gluten-free pizza options is a Pepperoni version, which is made with brown rice crust and topped with a blend of cheeses and organic, all-natural pepperoni. This ready-to-cook item also is a good source of iron and Vitamins A and C.
Ingredients: Water, brown rice flour, Mozzarella-brick cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, calcium chloride, enzyme), tapioca starch, pepperoni (organic pork, organic beef, sea salt, organic cane sugar, organic spices, organic paprika, celery juice powder, organic rosemary extract, organic garlic powder, lactic acid starter culture), safflower oil, tomatoes (tomato paste, tomatoes, tomato juice, citric acid, calcium chloride), rice starch, onions, cane sugar, egg whites, salt, sugar beet fiber, modified corn starch, guar gum, glucono-delta-lactone, yeast, pectin, sodium bicarbonate, sugar, sodium alginate, modified cellulose, Parmesan cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, calcium chloride, enzyme, cellulose), spices, garlic.
