Product Snapshot: Chabaso Bakery’s newest addition to its lineup of Old World-flavored, handcrafted bread are ciabatta pull-aparts and sandwich rolls. The pull-aparts are dinner rolls feature thin crusts and chewy, moist interiors and are made with 13 whole grains, seeds and honey. Each pull-apart roll is hand-scored, making it easy to tear. They come in a Rainin’ Grains option. The sandwich rolls maintain traditional old French flavor with a slight tang. The Sesame Semolina variety offers creamy, soft interiors coupled with crunchy, sesame-seed crusts.
Ingredients (Sesame Semolina Sandwich Rolls): Enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, semolina, sesame seeds. Contains less than 2% of the following: salt, yeast, wheat flour, niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid.
