Vitalicious 100-calorie Vitabrownie

Ingredients: Water, whole-wheat flour, organic evaporated cane juice, egg whites, maltitol, chocolate chips (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, butterfat, soy lecithin added as an emulsifier, vanilla), cocoa (processed with alkali), soy fiber, inulin, dried honey, erythritol, wheat gluten, wheat protein isolate, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), natural flavors, lecithin, sea salt, xanthan gum, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, iron, biotin, Vitamin A, zinc, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3, folic acid, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6.
FYI: Comfort foods are healthy with the new 100-calorie VitaBrownie from Vitalicious. It has just one-third of the calories and sugar that you’ll find in conventional brownies and is packed with 15 vitamins and minerals. Ingredients: (Beyond Chocolate Chunk cookies): Enriched wheat flour (flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, skim milk, chocolate, milk fat, lactose, chocolate processed with alkali, soy lecithin, PGPR, natural and artificial flavors), sugar, palm oil and hydrogenated cottonseed oil, semisweet chocolate (sugar, chocolate, cocoa butter, milk fat, soy lecithin, natural and artificial flavors), butter. Less than 2% corn syrup, molasses, egg powder, baking soda, salt, leavening (ammonium bicarbonate), vanilla extract.

Ingredients: (Teddy Grahams Cubs): Enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate (Vitamin B1), riboflavin (Vitamin B2), folic acid), graham flour, sugar, expeller-pressed oleic safflower oil, honey, calcium carbonate (source of calcium), salt, baking soda, cinnamon, soy lecithin (emulsifier).
FYI: Nabisco’s latest better-for-you snacking innovation is sure to keep kids and parents happy. New KidSense Fun Packs come in three favorite varieties — Teddy Grahams Cubs, Kraft Cheese Nips Sport Crisps and Smilin’ Ritz Bits — reformulated to provide 3 gm. of whole grains and calcium. The snacks contain no artificial flavors, sweeteners or trans fat and have only 100 calories per serving.
Nature Valley Healthy Heart Granola Bars with CoroWise

Ingredients: (Nature Valley Healthy Heart Granola Bar Oatmeal Raisin): Rolled oats, high-maltose corn syrup, barley flakes, raisins, crisp rice (rice flour, sugar, malt extract, salt, mixed tocopherols [preservative]), honey, fructose, sugar, high-fructose corn syrup, plant sterols, canola oil, maltodextrin, soy lecithin, salt, natural flavor, cinnamon, baking soda, sunflower meal, almond flour, peanut flour. Mixed tocopherols added to retain freshness.
