Product Snapshot: Interstate has reformulated its recipes so that all varieties offer whole grain goodness, with as many as 22 gm. of whole grain per slice. The Bakeries Inn brand also has introduced three short-size loaves, 14 oz. each, in Cracked Wheat, Made With Whole Grain Rye and Made With Whole Grain Potato to appeal to smaller households, as well as families who prefer to keep a variety of breads in the kitchen. Each product comes with a reclosable inner bag.
Ingredients (Cracked Wheat variety): Whole wheat flour, water, unbleached enriched wheat flour [flour, barley malt, ferrous sulfate (iron), “B” vitamins (niacin, thiamine mononitrate (B1), riboflavin (B2), folic acid)], cracked wheat, high-fructose corn syrup, wheat gluten, honey, yeast, wheat bran. Contains 2% or less of: calcium sulfate, soybean oil, salt, cornstarch, wheat starch, vinegar, dough conditioners (datem, sodium stearoyl lactylate, ethoxylated mono and diglycerides), yeast nutrients (ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride and/or monocalcium phosphate), enzymes, enrichment [ferrous sulfate (iron), zinc oxide, niacin, calcium sulfate, Vitamin D, pyridoxine hydrochloride (B6), riboflavin (B2), folic acid, thiamine mononitrate (B1), Vitamin B12], soy flour, soy lecithin, calcium propionate (to retail freshness).
