Product Snapshot: These gluten-free, ready-to-fill frozen pie shells are gluten-, dairy-, tree nut-, peanut- and preservative-free, making them ideal for consumers with special dietary needs. Ingredients: White rice flour, non-hydrogenated shortening (palm fruit and/or tanob), whole eggs, water, tapioca starch, corn starch, potato starch, soy flour, salt, xanthan gum, caroboxy methylcellulose, guar gum.
