The International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE), Oct. 6-9, at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, will bring more than 20,000 baking professionals from every segment of the grain-based market to Las Vegas for the world’s largest, most comprehensive trade event of the year. Produced by the American Bakers Association (ABA) and the Baking industry Suppliers Association (BEMA), the show will connect a record number of industry buyers and sellers with the technology, resources and opportunities they need to maximize their success.

IBIE 2013 will also include the industry's largest conference featuring new information, expert strategies and today's best practices at your disposal. Topical coursework will include: Baking technology, food safety and security, business management, decorating and baking techniques and more.
