Product Snapshot: Under the Mission umbrella of better-for-you products is the company’s first line of artisan-style tortillas, a soft, flexible tortilla that contains up to 33 g. of whole grains per serving, is a good source of fiber and features 100 calories or less. They come in Corn & Whole Wheat Blend, Ancient Grains, Multigrain and Flaxseed and Blue Corn Blend varieties.

Ingredients (Ancient Grains): Whole wheat flour, water, multigrain flour (amaranth, quinoa, millet, sorghum, teff), vegetable shortening (interesterified soybean oil, hydrated soybean oil and/or palm oil), brown sugar. Contains 2% or less of the following: vital wheat gluten, salt, leavening (sodium bicarbonite, sodium aluminum, sulfate, corn starch, monocalcium, phosphate and/or sodium acid pyrophosphate, calcium sulfate), preservatives (calcium propionate, sorbic acid and/or citric acid), cellulose gum, dough conditioners (fumaric acid, sodium metabisulfite and/or mono- and diglycerides, datem, enzymes). Contains: wheat.
