BEMA adds ingredient panel to its annual meeting lineup

BEMA is adding to its educational platform for its annual meeting in June to include an ingredients panel. The program also includes speakers from many sectors of the baking industry:
• Rich Scalise, CEO, Hearthside Food Solutions
• Robin Alton, CEO, Pan-O-Gold
• Roy Loepp, Senior Project Engineer, Seaboard Corporation
• Baking Industry Forum (BIF) members Dave Hipenbecker (Kroger Co.), Jack Lewis III (Lewis Bakeries) and Jeffrey Teasdale (Pepperidge Farm, Inc.).

The meeting will be held in Puerto Rico at the El Conquistador resort, June 21-26. A blend of business, family and fun, BEMA’s annual event brings together bakers, equipment suppliers and ingredient suppliers. Family-friendly activities such as a pirate themed party, and tours are designed to help industry leaders connect in a relaxed setting.
