Packaging solutions provider tna, Sydney, Australia, has acquired The Cadalec Group. A specialist in electrical and control system integration, the United Kingdom-based company brings more than 20 years of expertise in software and hardware design, consultancy and project management to tna.

The acquisition also broadens tna’s added-value control system product and service offerings, including process line control and data acquisition systems and additional options for supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), operator interfaces, network systems, spare parts and remote support. In addition, the closer alignment of tna equipment and control systems services brings added benefits to customers, such as increased assurance for on-schedule project completion, full ISO 9001 TickIT quality-control procedures and standardization of the company’s control solutions.

“Having worked closely with The Cadalec Group in the last few years, we know that their knowledge of control software, integration of systems and managing large electrical installations is second to none,” says Bob Fritz, tna’s director of business development. “We’re delighted to be strengthening our existing collaboration with the company and are particularly looking forward to leveraging significant mutual benefits from sharing our extensive knowledge and relationships.”
