Product Snapshot: A chocolate cookie loaded with pink candy-coated chocolate pieces, the Pink Cookie helps draw attention to breast cancer by increasing awareness and raising funds for research. As part of its 2012 Pink Cookie sales promotion, Otis Spunkmeyer will donate to Susan G. Komen for the Cure $1.50 for each product sold, with a minimum guaranteed donation of $100,000. Available from Aug. 1-Oct. 31—Breast Cancer Awareness month—each cook is pre-portioned for freezer-to-oven convenience and comes 240 cookies per case.

Ingredients: Sugar, enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), candy (chocolate [sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, butter oil, soy lecithin, vanillin], sugar, corn syrup, gum Arabic, artificial coloring [includes beet and Red 40], confectioner’s glaze [carnauba wax, beeswax and shellac]), margarine (palm oil, butter [cream, salt], water, salt, mono- and diglycerides, natural flavor, citric acid, vitamin A palmitate added, beta carotene [color], eggs, cocoa (processed with alkai), invert sugar, dextrose, contains 2% or less of molasses, baking soda, salt, modified food starch, soy lecithin, natural and artificial flavor.
