Kliklok-Woodman, Decatur, Ga., is sponsoring The Baking-Snack Break lounge at PACK EXPO International 2012, according to Reston, Va.-based PMMI, owner and producer of the PACK EXPO tradeshows. The event will be held Oct. 28-31 at McCormick Place in Chicago.

The Baking-Snack Break lounge, which has been endorsed by the Snack Food Association (SFA), will be located on the Grand Concourse near the Innovation Stage. SFA members and staff will be on hand at the booth to help attendees seek out the technologies that will best address the needs of their bakery and snack product manufacturing lines.

“The baking and snack industries are critical market segments for packaging and processing suppliers, and The Baking-Snack Break lounge provides a home for attendees from bakery and snack manufacturers on the show floor,” said Charles D. Yuska, president and CEO, PMMI. “Kliklok-Woodman’s sponsorship helps to provide these attendees an important opportunity to engage more deeply in their communities and PACK EXPO.”

A focal point of PACK EXPO’s customer-centric strategy, The Baking-Snack Break lounge is one of four lounges serving targeted market segments at PACK EXPO International 2012.

“The Baking–Snack Break lounge enriches the experience of the attendees by providing an oasis where they can ask their peers for advice and input, and plot the next stop on their itinerary,” says Kliklok-Woodman CEO Bill Crist. “That’s good for the show, good for them and clearly good for the sponsor. It’s a win-win-win.”
