Product Snapshot: Chabaso Bakery’s new Demi line features three handcrafted demi loaves made with whole grain and all-natural ingredients. Made with extra virgin olive oil, the Wheat & Oil Oil Demi Ciabatta has 12 g. of whole grains per serving. The Ancient Grains Demi Ciabatta delivers a variety of grain tastes and 16 g. of whole grains per serving. The Whole Grain Demi Baguette has the same overall flavor and interior texture as the company’s long loaf and 23 g. of whole grains per serving. All three products come in packaging sporting the company’s Grain Logic logo.

Ingredients (Whole Grain Demi Baguette): Water, whole wheat flour, enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), cracked wheat, contains less than 2% of each of the following: wheat germ, wheat gluten, salt, yeast, wheat flour, malted barley flour.
