David Michael & Co.’s Sweetness Advantage flavorDavid Michael & Co.’s Sweetness Advantage flavor is formulated to work with Advantame, Ajinomoto North America’s newest compound. Sweetness Advantage is a natural and artificial noncharacterizing flavor that works in applications where Advantame is approved for use, filling the gap in upfront sweetness, masking some lingering aftertaste and smoothing out overall sweetness. Used together, the combination also allows for a reduction in calories without sacrificing taste and may result in cost savings over the use of a full sugar product.
