Product Snapshot: Sara Lee Lemon Pound Cake is the first new loaf variety to join the company’s pound cake portfolio in more than 10 years. Made with real lemon juice, Sara Lee Lemon Pound Cake adds a fun twist to the company’s Butter Pound Cake, while still offering the same texture and richness as the classic butter version. It can be served alone or dressed up with toppings like fresh berries and whipped cream.

Ingredients: Sugar, enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron thiamin, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, eggs, vegetable oil (soybean and corn), butter, skim milk, corn syrup. Contains 2% or less of each of the following: natural and artificial flavors, glycerin, leavening (sodium aluminum phosphate, baking soda, monocalcium phosphate), corn starch, mono- and diglycerides, potassium sorbate (preservative), salt, concentrated lemon juice colored with turmeric and annatto extract, gums (xanthan and gellan), wheat starch, soy lecithin, soy flour.
