Each 100-calorie bar boasts chia seeds as its number one ingredient, with 1,000 mg. Omega 3s, 16% of the recommended daily value of fiber and 5 g. of sugar. All-natural, vegan, dairy-free and soy-free, the bars come in Acai Berry, Coconut and Chocolate Peanut Butter.
