Product Snapshot: Gagné Foods still uses a recipe pioneered by founder and chef Michael Gagné to make its flaky, airy biscuits. Its latest creations include frozen, ready-to-bake Triple Ginger Biscuits made with three forms of ginger, all-natural ingredients and no trans-fats. The biscuits are also available in Sweet Potato and Double Chocolate.

Ingredients: Enriched wheat flour (niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, malted barley flour), whole milk, butter (butter fat, solids, water), cream cheese (pasteurized milk and cream, cheese culture, salt, carob bean gum), diced candied ginger, sugar, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate) ground ginger (ginger, sulfating agents to preserve color), salt, ginger.
