Puratos to be featured on “World’s Greatest!...” TV show

Brussels-based Puratos, an international group with a full range of innovative products and application expertise in the bakery, patisserie and chocolate sectors, will be featured on the cable TV show "World’s Greatest!.... " on Nov. 19, 21 and 23. The paid program offers behind-the-scenes look at some of the world’s most unique companies, people and travel destinations.

The show will highlight Puratos, whose U.S. headquarters are in Cherry Hill, N.J., as the world’s leading company in natural fermentation flavors. “The good things in life, such as wine, cheese and bread, have one thing in common—fermentation,” says Matt Crumpton, Puratos vice president of marketing. “It’s how nature develops taste.”

Sapore, Puratos’ range of ready-to-use natural fermentation flavors, captures the taste of traditional breads with ready-to-use flavors, including sourdoughs and sponge. They allow bakers differentiate their products and make breads with a unique taste signature that is consistent over time.
