The IAOM-KSU Introduction to Flour Milling course will be held at the International Grains Program Conference Center at Kansas State University, Manhattan, Jan. 14-18. Co-sponsored by the International Association of Operative Millers and IGP, the course is intended to appeal to a broad range of individuals, including shift millers, miller assistants, quality assurance managers, general managers and technical service managers.

Mark Fowler, IGP associate director and milling specialist, along with Dan Wells, milling engineer and adjunct faculty from Salina, Kan., will teach most of the course. Course participants will hear presentations from industry professionals, participate in hands-on workshops and experience a high level of interaction between other participants and the professionals.
