Product Snapshot: Rainbow Brownie is the latest addition to Love and Quiches Desserts’ Gourmet Grab & Go line. The two-serving, individually packed brownie is studded with candy-coated milk chocolate pieces in a rainbow of colors. It’s available nationally to areas serviced by DOT Foods Inc. and in the New York memtropolitan area through local distributors. Other items in the Gourmet Grab & Go line are Blondie, Triple Chocolate Brownie, Walnut Brownie, Oatmeal Chewie with California raisins and Cookies & Cream Brownie.

Ingredients: Sugar, wheat flour, invert sugar, candy-coated milk chocolate pieces (milk chocolate [sugar, cocoa butter, chocolate liquor, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, vanilla], sugar, artificial colors [Blue1, Blue 1 Lake, Blue 2 Lake, Yellow 5, Yellow 5 Lake, Yellow 6, Yellow 6 Lake, Red 40, Red 40 Lake], sorbitol, titanium dioxide, phosphoric acid, methyl-propyl parabens, caramel color, corn syrup, vegetable wax, dextrin), palm oil, soybean oil, whole eggs, corn syrup, cocoa (processed with alkali), bleached enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), soybean oil, water, natural and artificial flavors, glycerin (from vegetable sources), soy protein isolate with less than 2% soy lecithin, food starch-modified (corn), salt, soy lecithin (emulsifier), xanthan gum.
