Product Snapshot: Barilla, renowned for its pasta, introduces its Italian cookie line, Mulino Bianco by Barilla, to the United States. The line comprises five varieties: Baiocchi, hazelnut and chocolate cream between two biscuits; Cuoricini, heart-shaped cookies with chocolate drops; Galletti, cookies topped with sugar crystals; Girotondi, shortbread biscuits with cane sugar; and Pan di Stelle, cocoa biscuits topped with 11 stars.

Ingredients (Pan di Stelle): Wheat flour, sugar, palm oil, milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk, chocolate, soy lecithin, vanilla flavor), butter, cocoa powder, dark chocolate (chocolate processed with alkali, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanillin), less than 2%: eggs, wheat, starch, egg white powder, corn starch, leavening agents (bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, cream of tartar), artificial flavor, salt. Contains wheat, milk, soy and egg ingredients.
