Product Snapshot: Thanks to a new gluten-free recipe, Rudi’s Gluten-Free Bakery Original Sandwich Bread now has a softer texture, a better shelf life and double the amount of fiber (2 g. of fiber per serving). Certified gluten-free by the Gluten Free Certification Organization (CFCO), the bread is made with all-natural, non-genetically-modified (GMO) ingredients. Other varieties available are Rudi’s Gluten-Free Bakery Cinnamon Raisin Sandwich Bread and Rudi’s Gluten-Free Bakery Multigrain Sandwich Bread.
