QualiTech appoints director of technical services

Ron Heddleson, QualiTech

QualiTech Inc., Chaska, Minn., recently welcomed Ron Heddleson as director of technical services, research and development. He is responsible for planning and directing all aspects of the Food Division’s product development activities and for managing the portfolio of new products in development at QualiTech.

Heddleson brings more than 15 years in project and team management experience. His recent tenure at General Mills included managing projects and teams focused on product design and development, core product revitalization and quality improvement efforts within the Meals, Baking Products, RTE Cereal and Yoplait Divisions.

“Ron’s expertise and diverse background in product development and processes will provide a focused direction to continue to energize our product development efforts,” says Rudy Roesken, general manager/corporate vice president of food ingredients at QualiTech. “The incredible experience and attention to detail Ron brings to QualiTech will ensure that we will continue to develop innovative and market-leading products.”
