The American Society of Baking (ASB) recently announced several schedule changes to BakingTech 2013, which will be held March 3-5 at the Marriott Downtown Chicago Magnificent Mile Hotel in Chicago.

• The officers’ reception has been moved from Sunday evening, March 3, to Tuesday evening, March 4, at 6:30 p.m., following the ASB MarketPlace, which runs from 4-6 p.m.
• A closing session on Wednesday morning, March 6, has been eliminated.
• The final keynote speaker and introduction of new officers have been moved to Tuesday afternoon, March 5.
• BakingTech’s MarketPlace will be held from 4-6 p.m. on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Traditional tabletop displays will be available for Allied Members and promote the development of networking contacts.
