The International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association (IDDBA), Madison, Wis., has announced the speaker lineup for Dairy-Deli-Bake 2013, which will be held June 2-4 at Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. This year’s speakers are as follows:

Sunday, June 2—Jack Li, managing director, Datassential; Harold Lloyd, business speaker and author, Harold Lloyd Presents; Alton Brown, a food writer, Food Network TV show host and recipient of two James Beard Foundation awards; Dr. Lowell Catlett, regents professor and dean of the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences at New Mexico State University; and Jack Erik Qualman, author of ‘Socialnomics, Digital Leader, and Crisis.”

Monday, June 3—Voni Woods, senior director of deli, Giant Eagle Inc., and president of IDDBA; Carol Christison, executive director of IDDBA; Bill O’Reilly, syndicated newspaper columnist, author and host of The O’Reilly Factor on the Fox News Channel; Marcus Buckingham, founder of The Marcus Buckingham Co. and author; and comedian Jim Gaffigan.

Tuesday, June 4—Carmine Gallo, author of “The Apple Experience” and numerous other books, and former National Football League quarterback back Brett Favre.
