tna to present new seasoning system at Snaxpo 2013

tna intelli-flav OMS 3c

Global packaging solutions specialist, tna, Sydney, will present its seasoning system, the tna intelli-flav OMS 3c, at Snaxpo 2013, to be held March 16-19 in Tampa. A complete, one-piece solution for both wet and dry seasoning and flavoring, the tna intelli-flav OMS 3c provides even coverage at throughput rates of 100-500 kg. per hour for a wide variety of applications. Technical experts will be on hand to demonstrate the company’s automation and controls capabilities and the processing efficiencies these systems can bring to production lines.

Configured for on-machine seasoning, the tna intelli-flav OMS 3c’s spray capability allows for the application of liquids, liquid flavors and slurries, in addition to dry powders, and can also be used as a standalone seasoning system for small snack lines. The unit’s design consists of two high-precision continuous spray guns, with a wide variety of nozzles for tailored seasoning, while the liquid itself is delivered by a closed-loop spray system for enhanced accuracy. The tna intelli-flav OMS 3c allows optimal control, ensuring every part of the seasoning process is independent, and can be easily repeated and customized for each product.

As with all tna’s offerings, the tna intelli-flav OMS 3c can be incorporated into existing manufacturing systems and fully integrated with tna weighers, metal detectors and date coders.

At Snaxpo 2013, tna also will showcase its controls system expertise by demonstrating how to integrate tna’s equipment into a production line or improve the set up of current control systems. Snaxpo attendees are invited to visit the company at Booth A423.
