IBIE’s B.E.S.T. in Baking deadline approaching
International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) exhibitors interested in learning whether their products or services are environmentally sustainable are invited to participate in IBIE’s sustainability program, B.E.S.T. in Baking, sponsored by Bundy Baking Solutions and Snack Food & Wholesale Bakery.
Suppliers of equipment, packaging, ingredients, products or services can enter the program by filling out an entry form consisting of open-ended questions regarding how their entries are helping the baking industry become more environmentally sustainable.
A panel of judges consisting of experts in sustainability and/or baking best practices will evaluate each submission based on environmental impact, feasibility, return on investment (ROI), innovation and practical application to the baking industry.
Suppliers demonstrating significant environmental sustainability will be recognized in upcoming in preshow promotions, the IBIE website, in a press release, on IBIE’s social media channels and in an onsite display area at IBIE 2013 in Las Vegas.
