Unifiller partners with Carlo’s Bakery of 'Cake Boss'

Buddy Valastro, Cake Boss

Unifiller Systems, Delta, British Columbia, has partnered with Carlo’s Bakery from TLC’s Cake Boss and produced a behind-the-scenes look at how baker and show host Buddy Valastro incorporated the company’s depositors and transfer pumps into his Hoboken, N.J., bakery.

Valastro’s number-one reason for choosing Unifiller? Easy-to-use, innovative machines, supported by a customer service team focused on making Buddy’s job as easy as possible, according to the company.

Stewart Macpherson, owner and vice president, sales and marketing at Unifiller, spearheaded the partnership. “We’re very pleased to take on Carlo’s Bakery as one of our customers,” he says. “It’s a strategic partnership. They’re seeing tremendous growth, and we’re proud to be their provider of choice.”

According to Valastro, “My guys love Unifiller’s equipment so much. It takes us half the time to prep cakes now! We’re a busy bakery; we need equipment we can rely on. I love the simplicity of Unifiller’s equipment—it’s easy to use, fast and easy to clean.”
