Lotus Bakeries launches ‘Spread the Love’ contest

July 1, 2013
Biscoff Spread

Lotus Bakeries, San Francisco, is inviting consumers to share the many inventive ways they enjoy Biscoff Spread in its first-ever Biscoff Spread the Love Challenge. From July 1-28, fans of the cookie spread can upload photos to the company's Facebook fan page showing their favorite ways to “spread the love,” whether it’s putting Biscoff Spread on a bagel or using the product to make brownies.

Lotus Bakeries will narrow down the photo entries to the top 30. Facebook users will vote for the final grand prize winners on Biscoff’s fan page. All entrants will be automatically entered into a sweepstakes to win a year’s supply of Biscoff products. Biscoff Facebook fans also can play daily “Instant Win” games for a chance to win 7,000 prizes.

The top three winners of Biscoff’s Spread the Love Challenge, to be announced on Aug. 30. The prizes are a trip to Belgium for two and a tour of the Biscoff factory (first place), $1,500 in cash (second place) and $1,000 in cash (third place).
