Mark Singleton, chairman, Snack Food Association

On March 4, Mark Singleton, vice president of sales and marketing, Rudolph Foods Co. Inc., Lima, Ohio, becomes chairman of the Snack Food Association’s (SFA) board of directors for the 2014-2015 term. He succeeds William “Chip” Mann II, co-owner of Pretzels Inc., Bluffton, Ind., who has served in that position since March 2013.

Singleton’s objectives for the coming year include increasing membership and consumer education opportunities.

Singleton has been with Rudolph Foods, a leading manufacturer of pork rinds, for more than 10 years and a member of the SFA since 1994.

The SFA is the international trade association of the snack food industry, representing snack manufacturers and suppliers. SFA serves as a voice for the snack food industry before government and provides support to its members through research, education and promotion. Founded in 1937, its represents more than 400 companies worldwide.
