Mike Snarski, Reading Bakery SystemsReading Bakery Systems (RBS), Robesonia, PA, has appointed Michael Snarski food technologist, effective immediately. Based at the RBS Science & Innovation Center, he will support new product development and adaptation of existing products to the company’s continuous mixing and new high-pressure extrusion platforms.

Prior to joining RBS, Snarski worked at the Lehigh Valley Dairy Farms as a laboratory technician.
