Flowers Foods Inc., Thomasville, GA, has announced several management changes, effective Jan. 1. Willie Prince (top right) has been named president of Flowers Baking Co. of Miami, a Florida-based subsidiary of Flowers Foods. He succeeds John DeLeu, president of the Miami bakery since 2004, who is retiring this month after 35 years with the company.

Prince began his career with Flowers in 1983 in Tyler, TX. He worked as a route salesperson, district manager and director of sales, and was vice president of sales in Baton Rouge, LA. Since 2006, Prince has been vice president of sales at Flowers Baking Co. of Miami.

Duane Pope (bottom right) has been named president of Flowers Baking Co. of Villa Rica, a Georgia-based subsidiary of Flowers Foods. Most recently, he was vice president of sales for Flowers Baking Co. of Bradenton, FL. Pope joined the company in 1990 as a route salesperson in Fort Pierce, FL, and has held a number of sales management positions with Flowers.

Randy Brock has been named senior vice president for Flowers Bakeries’ central region. He most recently was president of Flowers Baking Co. of Villa Rica. Brock joined Flowers in 1982 as a route salesperson in Thomasville, GA, and has held a number of sales management and executive positions with the company.
