The American Society of Baking’s BakingTech 2016 will be held Feb. 28–March 1 at the Hilton Chicago in Chicago and feature the ASB MarketPlace all three days of the conference. ASB MarketPlace exhibitors include a wide array of companies offering the latest in products, equipment and services in the grain-based food industry. They also make a significant contribution to the educational value of the meeting, according to ASB.

Special areas of interest in the MarketPlace include the ASB Innovation Zone, which features the 2016 ASB Innovation Award Winner, and the Product Development Post Session featuring the Product Development Competition finalists.

The ASB MarketPlace Open House will be held Tuesday, March 1, from 4–6:30 p.m. at the Hilton Chicago. All attendees are welcome to come and learn about ASB and network with more than 200 exhibitors and 250 bakers. No registration fee is required to attend the event, but participants must complete the MarketPlace Open House registration form and submit it at the ASB registration desk (located in the 8th Street Lobby on the Lobby Level in the Hilton) to enter the open house. According to ASB, registering for the ASB MarketPlace Open House will not allow visitors to attend educational and networking sessions or the MarketPlace on other days of the conference.
