Wixon Inc., St. Francis, WI, has named AnnMarie Kraszewski R&D lab manager, Industrial Ingredients Division. Her responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the Industrial Ingredients lab, including product testing, matching seasonings and finished products, and new product development. She will also assist the vice president of research and development in formulating and initiating new programs and procedures that will lead the company to achieve growth and profitable goals.

Kraszewski has been a food scientist for Wixon since 2011, developing new product formulations and supporting customers in Wixon’s Industrial Ingredients Division. Prior to joining the company, she served as a food scientist for Kerry Ingredients & Flavours.
