Snack Food & Wholesale Bakery is pleased to announce a new content collaboration with Bakery Equipment Manufacturers and Allieds (BEMA) and the influential BEMA Baking Industry Forum (BIF). Moving forward, members of BIF will contribute perspectives in a new, regular, editorial column on the subject of bakery operational Efficiency.

For each contribution, two members of BIF—one baker and one equipment manufacturer—will provide their unique viewpoints on a topical subject of operational efficiency.

“This is exactly the kind of industry collaboration that we value and strive for at Snack Food & Wholesale Bakery,” said Chris Luke, sales, market & media leader, Snack Food & Wholesale Bakery, part of the FBP Group at BNP Media. “We’re looking forward to developing this relationship moving into the rest of 2017 and beyond.”

The first column will appear in the February issue of Snack Food & Wholesale Bakery, with subsequent columns appearing in other issues through 2017.
