QualiTech hires customer service manager

QualiTech Inc., Chaska, Minn., welcomes Melissa Reimer as customer service manager. She is responsible for executing and managing all responsibilities related to providing QualiTech customers with superior service and support. Her key responsibilities include the overall customer service functions, in addition to being a direct liaison between sales, research and development, quality assurance and logistics.

Reimer brings more than 20 years of customer- and sales-related experience. Her past accomplishments include customer service management, sales and marketing support, team building, and customer service redesign and improvement. She will be a critical part of the leadership team, and an integral part of QualiTech’s growth and market expansion initiatives.
