Keynote speakers at the 2014 Food Safety Summit

Ed Lonergan (left), CEO of Chiquita Brands International, Charlotte, N.C., and Don Zietlow (center), president and CEO of Kwik Trip Inc., La Crosse, Wis., were the keynote speakers on April 9 at the 2014 Food Safety Summit in Baltimore. The heads of two leading consumer product companies discussed their commitment to food safety and quality and provided insight on how they work with their organization’s food-safety professionals to ensure that the safest and highest quality products are reaching their customers and consumers.

The presentation was given to a packed ballroom of industry professionals and moderated by Peter Good (right), owner of Peter Good Seminars, Chicago.
