At this year’s interpack, Confitech will mark the 60th anniversary of its world-known and innovative kneading machine, the IM.30,  which quickly became the company’s flagship unit and created a processing milestone within the confectionery industry.

Innovation and creativity continue to inspire Confitech, as evidenced by the equipment that will be introduced:

  • Confitech’s new Fondant Kitchen CKF.500, which is equipped with high efficiency continuous tempering, beating and mixing tubes. A complete system will be displayed.
  • Beside an enhanced version of the traditional continuous cooking, cooling and pulling system for toffees and chewy candies, there will also be a new concept in the continuous production of crystalized chewy masses that will be displayed, exhibited together with the Confitech’s Heavy Duty Mixer TMX.200.
  • An evolution of the continuous production line for high-boiled candies, first presented in 2005, will be displayed, now featuring the two-color processing Continuous Hard Candy Cooker CKC.120D.
  • A lab-scale version of the newly patented Vacuum Expansion Tunnel VXP.300, for the production of malted milk balls and other products that require expansion and cooling under vacuum, will also be presented for the first time.
