Loesch Verpackungstechnik GmbH is an international manufacturer of packaging machinery and systems based in the Bavarian town in Altendorf, Germany.

At PACK EXPO, in its booth 2393, LoeschPack will be exhibiting its fold-wrapping machine LTM-K for packing pre-packaged chocolate bars already flow-packed, in cardboard. The LTM-K is mechanically designed for an output of up to 220 bars per minute.

The unit LoeschPack will be unveiling packs 170 bars per minute. Depending on the design of the flow packs, outputs of up to 200 bars/minutes can be achieved with the machine. The cardboard is processed from a flat, pre-cut blank. Cardboard boxes of varying quality can be processed. The machine features a large format range for rapid, flexible changeover. In contrast to the horizontal cartoning machine, typical bar shapes and tapers can also be accurately reproduced. This enables economic cartoning, the production of innovative pack styles and a premium presentation of the chocolate bars at the PoS.

In addition, LoeschPack will have on display a wide-ranging presentation on chewing gum.
